Do you like our services and will you let us sell your house? The next step is an exclusive Right-to-Sell Listing. It gives the broker the exclusive right to earn a commission by representing the owner and bringing a buyer, either through another brokerage or directly. Only when there is a successful selling agreement between seller and buyer you will receive our bill (netto 3% plus 20% taxes); otherwise you will have no costs.
